Foraging for wild foods may not be a very practical way to create your meals, but if you know what to look for, it can be a great way to complement them, as well as to reconnect us with our local food pathways.

In late winter/early spring in Catalonia, Spain, even in suburban areas locals head outside to pick wild asparagus.
